The Henry County Branch of the NAACP cordially invites you to participate in the 2022 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Parade, Monday, January 17, 2022, at 9:00 am. The lineup is at 9:00 am and the parade will begin at 10:00 am at the Henry County Performing Arts Center, 37 Lemon Street, McDonough, GA 30253. This entry form along with the $25.00 registration fee payable to the Henry County NAACP and the signed waiver of liability agreement must be received by January 10, 2022, to participate in the parade.

All Participants must complete the form
One Registration per Entry / Incomplete forms will not be accepted **
RULES AND REGULATIONS

Every entry must have a sign showing the individual group, or organization being represented.

No consumption of alcoholic beverages in the lineup or during the parade.

Participants will not be allowed to throw items from vehicles and floats.

No candy or other souvenir items will be handed out or then thrown from the vehicles.

No inappropriate behavior, comments, or attire will be tolerated.

Any violation of these rules or violation of the law will result in disqualification and/or removal from the parade lineup.

No refund of the registration fee.

All Henry County Government COVID-19 Protocols will be followed. Under GA law, there is no liability for an injury or death of individuals volunteering to participate in this event. If such injury or death results from the inherent risk of contracting COVID-19. You are assuming this risk by volunteering to participate in this event.
All Participants, Students, Family & Friends are invited to attend the program in the
Henry County Performing Arts Center immediately following the Parade.
